We are flexible in our approach to the allocation of funded hours and will endeavour to work around the needs of your family.

2 year old funding 

If you have an annual household income less than £16190 or you are in receipt of benefit, you may be able to claim 2 year old funding. To check your eligibility please use the attached link: www.gov.uk/help-with-childcare-costs..

The Yellow Door Day Nursery offers 15 hours of funding for 38 weeks of the school year (please see the set term dates for the nursery year). Parents can select any combination of the set hours below, up to the sum of 15 hours. 

Full Day 

Morning Session

8.30am -2.30pm or 9am-3pm

8.30am -11.30AM or 9am-12pm

Afternoon Session

11.30am -2.30pm or 12pm-3pm

3 year old funding 

If you are a working household you may be eligible for 30 hours funded childcare. To check your eligibility please use the attached link: www.gov.uk/help-with-childcare-costs..The Yellow Door Day Nursery offers a variety of different hours and fees when using the 30 hours funding. Please contact us for a quote.

We deduct the full value of the grant from your bill

Points to remember...

- Prices include all meals, snacks and drinks.

- Fees include nappies and wipes 

- We offer 10% discount for sibling full time places.. This discount is not available on funded/partly funded places.

-All places are subject to the terms and conditions set out in the late collection policy (please see policies and procedures)

-A child's absence due to sickness and/or holidays is still chargeable-.bank holidays are charged at the full rate.

-4 weeks notice is required to cancel all places.

-Term time places(38 weeks) are limited to 4 per room, and are issued on a first come first serve basis every July.

-Parents who want to secure a term time booking, must submit the school calendar they would like to match their booking with.
